When the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinksy (Monicagate) scandal broke in 1998 this picture became much more than just a casual embrace, but rather evidence of the relationship between the two.
iT IS CLEAR THAT THIS PICTURE IS A FAKE LOOK SHE IS DRESSED FOR THE WINTER AND EVERYONE ELSE IS IN SUMMER TEE SHIRTS AND NO ONE IS LOOKING AT THE PRESIDENT I KNOW IF I WAS THAT CLOSE TO THE PRESIDENT I WOULD BE LOOKING AT HIM.
